How long doest it take to receive the goods?
Depending on whether you want to do customization or not, and also depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics, but we guarantee to ship goods in less than 2 weeks.
What is the raw material used?
We mainly use PTFE, RPTFE, MPTFE, PCTFE, PEEK,POM,PI,PCTFE,NYLON. We will send you a detailed material list for your reference.
Where are your raw materials from?
To make sure that we provide our customers with high-quality products, we mainly use materials imported from DJ, Japan.
What are the payment options?
You can use West Union. For new customers, we only accept T/T 100% before shipping. We currently do not accept OA credit.
What Shall I provide to you for a custom order?
In order to fully understand your requirements on customization, you shall provide us with drawings, and detailed dimensions for the products you need to customize.
Can you customize products based on the sample I send to you?
Yes, of course. Please note that the sample you send to us must be intact. A broken sample is useless for customization.
What if you cannot provide what I want?
It does happen sometimes, but we have 25 years’ experience in the industry, we have far more resources than others, we help you find the corresponding manufacturers.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
Of course. But it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now we are supporting ZOOM for online factory inspection. We can also send you free samples for inspection.
